You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving eligible goods. Contact us before sending an item back so that we can provide return instructions.
Return condition
Under our voluntary return policy, items should be unused, unworn, and returned with original packaging and labels. These conditions do not restrict any inspection or withdrawal rights granted by applicable law. Hygiene-sensitive or personalised products may be excluded only where permitted by law.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected, subject to any earlier refund deadline required by applicable law. Bank processing times may vary.
